Who We Are

Click Shop and Run Inc (Parent Company of eBlowouts.com) and our affiliate Shack Design Group LLC is an online retail company that sells decorative goods for your home.  These decorative goods include plumbing, lighting, and hardware for your kitchen and bathroom.  On top of selling these products we also are a source of information for consumers shopping for these products.  We try to empower our shoppers with knowledge by putting as much info as we can.  We do this on a page, category, and even product level.  We also have Do It Yourself pages for the "weekend warriors".  and we have an online message board where you can ask a design or product specialist about products and services on our site.  For the complete scoop on who we are please visit our about us page.

Shipping Policies

We offer free shipping on most of our products.  Free shipping includes home delivery for all UPS shipments.  Any orders below $125.00 will carry a $15 handling fee.  This charge will be a separate transaction from your order.  Free shipping includes all shipments going common carrier to a business.  Any residential deliveries or residential deliveries with lift gates could require extra charges. These will be shown as attributes on the product.  We also reserve the right to not process any orders where shipping is higher than standard costs. In cases like this we will contact the customer and give them the option to accept any additional fees or cancel the order for a full refund.  Most items are shipped via UPS however some bigger items will ship via common carrier.  Any orders shipping via freight line must be inspected upon receipt.  Do not sign for the product until you inspect and ensure safe receipt.  Once you sign for these products in good condition it is very hard to get the trucking company to cover any claims and we do not pay for damaged shipments that were not inspected.  Damages do not happen often but they do happen so it is in both yours and our interests that all goods are inspected upon arrival. 

As stated above any items shipped via UPS will go signature required.  We just started this policy due to fraud and abuse by past customers.  Any products shipped via truck will require a contact by the trucking company.  They will need a good phone number to call you to set up for delivery.

Sales Taxes

Anyone in the state of Florida will pay a 6% sales tax.  Anyone outside will pay no taxes.

Cancellation/Return Policy

You are allowed to cancel your order for a full refund so long as the order has not been processed.  This generally gives you a 24 hour window to be able to cancel your order for a full refund.  Once the product ships you will be subject to shipping fees back to us and possible restocking fees as described below.  If your order is a special order item then you cannot cancel the order once we order the product from the manufacturer.  Once again you have around a 24 hour period before the order goes into the manufacturer and they start construction.  Most products are not custom but if it is you will be notified via phone or email. 

Any returns to us that are returnable are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  To ship a product back to us you must meet one of the following conditions...

• We will not take back custom products
• We will not take back products that have been installed
• We will not take back products with scratches or other defects
• We will not take products back after 60 days of receipt
• All items must be in their original packaging

Any manufacturer's defects can be returned for full replacement of the item or parts needed. We are not responsible for any labor due to manufacturers defects.

To return a product you must get an RGA number. You must email our customer service using our contact form or you can call our customer service. We or our manufacturers will not accept products back without an RGA number.

Any refunds will be issued within 5 days of receipt of the product by us. We will contact you via email when the refund has been issued.

Warranty Information

Our products carry the full warranty of the given manufacturer.  Different manufacturers offer different warranties on different products.  If you have a question about a warranty feel free to contact us.

Due to human nature there will be typographical errors once in awhile.  If there is an error let us know and we will get it fixed on the site.   Product images might differ from the actual product due to specialized finishes, monitor settings, screen types, and other factors beyond our control.  Please use images on this site as a reference and not as what the actual product will look like.  There could be slight differences between the image and the actual product itself and we will not be held responsible for incorrect orders due to images.  If you need to see the product in real life then we recommend a local showroom.
